Capotlán, is a fine, elegant artisanal mezcal,
full of notes, aromas and flavors typical of the land,
the wind, the rain, the fire and the plant.
In agricultural terms, “capar” means to mow
the reproductive capacity of the plant.
Cutting the “quiote”, the sugars and flavors of the plant
are preserved in the “pineapple”.
The ending capotlán, refers to Monte Albán (Ocelotepec -Monte del Jaguar-),
in sight of our palenque, located in Arrazola, cradle of alebrijes.
